Lea-Ann Belter Bridal offers true couture service. Each design is an individual work of art, handmade to each brides measurements in the highest quality of silks and lace. Lea-Ann’s gowns are fully lined in silk, a rarity in the bridal industry. Inspired by the timelessness of Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn, Lea-Ann is known for her 1950s-with-modern-flare aesthetic. The sophistication and impeccable quality of every one-of-a-kind gown imbue each bride with a refined elegance.
In 2007 Lea-Ann Belter was named Wedding Gown Designer of the Year at the Canadian Wedding Industry Awards. Since then, Lea–Ann has extended her reach, making her wedding dress collection available in a curated selection of bridal boutiques beyond North America and into Europe. Something Bleu Bridal had the honor of being one of the first boutiques in the United States to showcase Lea-Ann Belter’s collection. In 2012, Lea–Ann moved Lea–Ann Belter Bridal flagship store and all manufacturing to their permanent home in Toronto on Queen Street in the exclusive Yorkville area.
At select Lea Ann Belter trunk shows, the designer herself will attend and even sketch gown designs for her brides as keepsakes.
“My dress was custom-made combining a top from one dress and the bottom from another. It turned out beautiful and was more than I could have asked for.” – Kelsey
